Build Process: Most of the tone woods were initially thicknessed on the drum sander at A^2, The book matched top and back were glued up, and then finished to near final thickness, and full thickness braces were glued.

Braces were then shaved toward final size using a combination of chisels and hand planes, tap-tuning for desired tonal properties, and also (Not Shown) analyzed by exciting with an external speaker and using an oscilliscoe in both time domain and frequncy domain to see the tonal response to external excitation.

Tops

Neck: (Titanium hardware) bolted neck joint, pyramid style bridge, truss rod installed in neck (Santa Cruz Guitar Company design truss rod)

Sides: Steam bent and with kerfing added to create a gluing surface and glued addition of the top

Soundhole, Sides, Top: Maple inlay let into soundhole rosette, sides being glued to top, and finished top & sides assembly

Back and Bridge: Maple back with cocobolo back stripe let into bookmatch joint & Cocobolo pyramid style bridge
